Legion Recharge Overall Review
Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with Recharge by Legion Supplements. It is very refreshing to discover newer companies that are making a name for them by breaking the mold set up by traditional supplement companies. Recharge itself is a fine post-workout creatine supplement.
It’s nothing new, or revolutionary, however, its dedication to simplicity is what makes it stand out among a sea of gimmicky supplements that are overloaded with ingredients but fail to provide a successful training outcome. Using creatine monohydrate is great, because it’s effective for so many people, and carnitine & tartrate are great additions as well.
However, it would be possible to get these on their own and construct your own personal post-workout blend…..but who has time for that? For a simple and straightforward creatine supplement that will work as hard as you do, look no further than Recharge by Legion Supplements.
